How to redeem your cape

Takes about a minute. You need the Microsoft account you play Minecraft with.

PC Java & Bedrock codes

Open your order page and click Show Code. Use the copy button.
Go to minecraft.net/redeem and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Paste the code and click Redeem. The cape is added to your account.
Important: equip it in Bedrock first Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition with the same Microsoft account and equip the cape in the Dressing Room. Only after that does the cape also appear in Java Edition.

Open your order page and click Show Code.
Go to redeem.microsoft.com, or on your console open the Store and choose Redeem a code.
Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox profile and paste the code.
Start Minecraft and equip the cape in the Dressing Room.

"Code already redeemed": make sure you are signed in to the right Microsoft account, then contact support with your order number. We check the code and replace it.
"Invalid code": copy the code again with the copy button instead of typing it. Codes contain no spaces.
Region: the codes we sell are marked Global. If Microsoft shows a region error, sign out, clear cookies and try again.
Cape not showing in game: restart the game. The cape is tied to your account, not the device.
